Job Description:



* Manage the performance and availability of the VAS & Prepaid systems

* Manage & control all system installations and commissioning

* Manage VAS system provisioning, operation and administration

* Develop and maintain an efficient VAS system logs and backup and restore procedure.

* Initiate corrective actions to VAS network failures

* Monitor the status and performance of the network elements and VAS Systems KPIs

* Control access to all VAS systems

* Manage VAS systems Fault escalation path in line with specified MTTR

* Coordinate the roll out and testing of VAS products

Job Conditions:

Normal MTNN working conditions On stand by 24/7 through out the year
Reporting To: Senior Manager, Network Services

Required Skills:

# At least eight (8) years hands-on experience in telecommunications environment
# Experience managing the installation, commissioning and maintenance of Value added platforms

# Experience in the operational support of the VAS system and its associated components

Employment Status :

Qualification:

First degree or equivalent in relevant engineering degree SUN certification is desirable
